Other CMSes
Every CMS that lets you add an HTML block takes the same snippet:
<div data-fb-form="YOUR-FORM-ID"></div><script src="https://forms.justinjongstra.nl/formbuilder/asset/embed.js" async></script>WordPress
Section titled “WordPress”Add a Custom HTML block. Do not use the visual editor’s paste, which escapes the tags. There is no plugin to install, which also means there is no plugin to update when the next advisory lands.
Insert an HTML card. Ghost strips scripts in some themes’ excerpt rendering, so keep the card in the post body rather than the excerpt.
Webflow
Section titled “Webflow”Add an Embed element. Webflow’s designer shows a placeholder rather than the form. Publish to see it render.
Craft, Statamic, Kirby
Section titled “Craft, Statamic, Kirby”Paste into a template. These are ordinary HTML tags, so no fieldtype or plugin is involved.
If the form does not appear
Section titled “If the form does not appear”Almost always one of two things:
- The CMS stripped the script. Check the published page’s source for
the
<script>tag. If it is gone, the editor sanitised it, so use an HTML/embed block rather than a rich-text field. - The origin is not allowed. If the form has an allowed-origins list, your CMS domain has to be on it. Without that the browser blocks the request and the form never loads. See the Share panel.
