Questions people actually ask
What happens if I stop paying?
Your forms keep collecting. The builder becomes read-only, export stays open, nothing is deleted, and your visitors never see a billing message.
What if I go over my limit?
A warning at 80%, and submissions keep arriving past 100% for a grace period rather than stopping dead mid-campaign. There is no surprise overage bill.
Can I take my data with me?
Any time, any plan, as CSV. Forms export as JSON and import elsewhere.
Do you need a card to start?
No. Free is a plan, not a trial.
Does the builder work on a phone?
Yes, on every plan. Build a form, edit its settings, read submissions and publish, all from a phone. Most form builders show you a "please use a larger screen" message instead.
